Pulled Pork Salad

Quick and easy snack or lunch :)

Ingredients

Beetroot
Celery
Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber
Pulled Pork
Red Peppers

Bar of Soap to Liquid Body Wash

Use as either body wash or hand wash. Purchased 5 bars of this soap for £1 rather a frugal way of making body wash. 

Bowl, Grater, Wooden Spoon, 2 Bars of Knights Castile Soap

Grate Soap

Place in a 2 litre jug fill with cold water and leave to soak for a few hours stirring occasionally, blend with stick blender.  Add Olive Oil or any other sort of oil you want. 

With added Olive Oil.

With added Olive Oil and Rice Bran Oil.

Homemade Face Scrubs

Coconut Honey sugar scrub and Honey Mocha sugar scrub.

For the Coconut Honey sugar scrub I mixed course brown sugar with olive oil and coconut oil to a consistency I like then added some manuka honey and mixed it all together. 

For the Honey mocha one I simply added organic coco powder and coffee granules to the above mixture. Simple and wonderful imo :)
